Due to my age, I don’t understand everything, but how to make beautiful icons and interface in applications like in IOS 7?

This requires a designer who is good at working in graphic applications. He draws both the icons and the interface, and the developer then cuts it all into its component parts and "scatters" the images over the controls to get what the designer drew.
Alternatively, you can search the Internet for ready-made PSD templates for design, which can be taken as a basis.
