How to make a backend for a large online store with a huge number of functions and products?

Hi all. Interested in advice from experienced people.
What is the best way to create a backend for a project?
The bottom line: there are delivery zones, to each of which offline stores are attached. Consequently, there will be a great variety of goods, especially if we take the whole of Russia. Some products will be disabled, because. no more supplies to the store. Some are unavailable, etc. This is not just an online store, where the assortment can be ten times smaller.

If this is your project, take PHP and don't worry. There are many programmers, salaries are lower than python and java. And for such tasks, it is well suited.
Here is an interesting article: Java will kill your startup. PHP will save it.
