How to make 2 columns of different sizes in latex?

Good afternoon, I make 2 columns like this:

\begin{multicols}{2}
        \begin{flushleft}
            1. Номер страхового полиса ОМС
        \end{flushleft}

        \columnbreak
        \setlength{\columnsep}{3.5cm}
        \begin{flushleft}
        Полис ОМС единого образца:
        0000000000000000
        ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ
        ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ
        CТРАХОВАЯ МЕДИЦИНСКАЯ
        КОМПАНИЯ
        Пенсионное страховое свидетельство:
        00000000000
        \end{flushleft}

    \end{multicols}

I have 2 columns of the same width, and I need the first one to be smaller than the second.
How can such a thing be implemented?
