Actually the problem is that every 5-10 minutes. ICQ falls off Miranda. Jabber accounts work without problems. Maybe someone faced such a problem? How to configure connection support so that when the connection is broken, it automatically rises again?

The problem was in the proxy, or rather not a problem, but a rule. For fans to shake and play
