How to maintain a customer base?

Good afternoon. There is a small office that provides paid services to the population. There is a dedicated sales department that use crm. I faced the problem of inefficient customer management. More specifically, the essence is as follows:
1. the sales department finds the client and leads him to crm (amocrm)
2. in case of a successful transaction, the client goes to the service
department The service department leads clients in Word and Excel, contracts, cards and others are located separately in folders documentation. Over time, the mess grew.
Crm is geared towards sales, and those that I have studied are completely incapable of leading the client further.
Question: Are there any solutions, databases. where it would be possible to register a client, attach various documents to him, indicate dates, statuses, reminders, is it desirable to display on the map based on the address? server.

Are there any solutions, databases. where it would be possible to register a client, attach various documents to him, indicate deadlines, statuses, reminders, preferably display on a map based on the address?

Is it worth it to multiply the tools that users work with?
In principle, if desired, all this can be done in Amo.
1. Create statuses for the service department.
2. After a successful transaction, create new transactions for the company (documents, deadlines, work) and transfer them to the service department.
3. Documents are attached in transactions through notes (but Amo most likely has storage restrictions), you can connect Yandex.Disk or Dropbox.
4. Connect the Yandex.Maps widget.
5. There are also several widgets for access control. I saw it by dividing the funnel, that is, salespeople will see their statuses, their service department.
