How to maintain a built and concatenated gulp project in production?

Compiled, compressed and concatenated project files (coffe and sass) Uploaded
the whole thing to the server (sources and compiled files)
How do I now compile and minify these files when editing coffe or sass files on the server (something like gulp on the server) ???

why sources on the server? you develop - locally, on the server - what you received after assembly
