I just installed everything, everything is from scratch, everything is clean, everything works, I logged out, and with a new authorization it says: The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again. What it is? It didn't happen before!

If at the same time everything works fine in incognito mode, then clear the cookies belonging to the same domain on which this PHPBB is located.
This happens very often with PHPBB if you changed the cookie settings in it (the old ones will override the new ones forever, only manually clearing them will help).
