Your page is generated as much as 4.5 seconds. What do you want? Look for a developer to optimize. A lot of things can be done to wedge the cache in a short (relatively) time frame... Maybe you just need to update PHP or maybe APC/OpCache is not installed... Maybe there are no indexes in the database (in any case, caching is worth doing).
