Making a query in the database:
Then we quietly enter the admin panel:
login: admin
password: password321

in the database there is a table modx_manager_users
there you change the password, for example, to 827ccb0eea8a706c4c34a16891f84e7b (this is the password in md5: 12345)
and go to the admin panel by entering a new password 12345
if the entrance to the admin panel is blocked,
