- We go into the database through phpMyAdmin
- We find the modx_user_attributes table and put the value "0" in the following fields:
- blocked
- blockeduntil
- failedlogincount

Are the permissions for this user standard? If you have access to the database, try to create another similar user through it. Well, clean the cache in MODX and the browser when you relogin.
