How to login to LXC Proxmox via ssh?

Good afternoon, I upgraded to Proxmox 4.x, created an LXC container from the standard Ubuntu 14.04.3 template.
The container is pinged, when trying to ssh from root, it denies entry. The ssh config contains PermitRootLogin without-password, it is impossible to change it to PermitRootLogin yes (the built-in VNC console does not transmit keystrokes correctly)
Maybe there are other ways to get to the server?
