How to log into the web face of the Internet Gateway Internet Control Server through Parallels Desktop?

ICS installed on Parallels.
I tried to set different networks in the Parallels settings, but I still can't access the web console.
The ICS gateway is assigned the address 192.168.1.11, I also tried 192.168.0.11
The address of my router is 192.168.1.1 Entering the address 192.168.1.11 in the browser on the Mac, the web console does not open. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.
