First, I deleted groups for users like journalists, etc. via php myadmin, then somehow I forgot the password from the admin panel, I tried several times and got frozen for 20 minutes. And then I generated a new md5 code and inserted it into my password via php myadmin. I tried to reload the user_groups user group dams, looked at the config files, but nothing helps. I can't login as admin. Speak incorrect data. But before that I created one group and during registration you can select this group of partners. If you register and log in as partners, then go to the admin panel without problems. I also tried to change the rank of this new user from 6 to 1, it did not help either. Basically, my head is spinning and I don't know what to do. Could it be some kind of cache file? Who knows?
