How to localize a template?

downloaded opencart 2.3.0.2 from a foreign site with a built-in template, downloaded the crack, put everything in the folders where you need it, the admin part was russified, but if you switch from English to ru on the site, it gives the following error:
Notice: Undefined index: ru-ru in /home/m/ssssss/dddd/public_html/catalog/controller/extension/module/octabproductslider.php on line 19
and a bunch of similar ones.
All these files refer to the following string: $data['title'] = $setting['title'][$lang_code]['title'];
Maybe clumsily installed crack? Or do I need to add something to these files?

Most likely k̶o̶r̶ya̶v̶o̶ ̶u̶s̶t̶a̶n̶o̶v̶i̶l̶ something went wrong.
I would recommend downloading the ocStore assembly https://opencartforum.com/topic/67981-release-ocstor...
It is Russified by default, plus some important little things are implemented in it.
