How to load video at the moment of scrolling?

Now the site is loading with a short duration, obviously due to the container with video blocks located almost at the very bottom of the page.
The blocks themselves are on the view component and load data from the json file, along with links to frames.
How to make sure that the blocks are loaded not together with the opening of the page, but at the moment of scrolling to them? And how effective will it be?
