How to load data from 1C upp into an application made on windowsAppForm?

There is a task to make an application for windows that would take data from 1s upp (from the database) so that, depending on the selected department, it loads exactly the equipment that was in this department. Tell me, is it possible to work with external requests with 1s UP? if so what do they look like?

This can be done in two ways:
1) Through a com connection. (there are examples on the Internet)
2) Through the publication of a web service from 1C.
But in both cases, you will most likely need the help of a 1C programmer who would understand the structure of the data you need and write you how to make requests. There are many tables in the SCP, there are all kinds of subtleties that you may not foresee and the data will be incomplete.
