What wireless headphones , except for bits and AirPods, advise for IOS and WatchOS. Most headphones are not suitable due to Apple's lack of an APTX codec.

You did not specify the type of headphones and for what purpose they are required.
The fact that headphones support APTX does not mean that they are incompatible with the usual Bluetooth audio protocol.
