How to Live Reload a PhpStorm Web Page?

Hello!
I downloaded PhpStorm 10.0.3 for myself, tell me how to make it so that the changes made to the IDE are immediately displayed during layout? Googled, found the LiveEdit plugin and the JetBrains chrome extension bundled with the plugin. But this method doesn't work. I read on the offsite

but nothing happens.
Tell me what to do?

I use livereload because it is not tied to either the OS or the editor.

Try installing this extension in chrome - JetBrains IDE Support
