How to link to the vendor folder when installing a composer package?

I publish the repository with the texts of the articles as a separate composer package. For example, when installing a package as a dependency to any other project, you need to make a link for public access to the text of the articles via a direct link from the web - is it possible to make a link to the articles folder from the vendor to the web automatically during the installation of the dependency?
