There was a purchase of goods on the site without registration, then they made mandatory registration so that users can download the purchased goods again when they need to, and the question is, is it somehow possible to link old purchases of goods that were made without registration to the now created customer accounts? That is, a person bought a product without registering, and now he has registered, and wants his purchase to appear in his account. Maybe there are some plugins that make it easier to work with user accounts and their purchases?

However, if the user entered an email, and he most likely did, because you sent him the purchase data somewhere, and you have an order history, you can write a simple script that you use to register users by email and send them data about rege in LC. Accordingly, adding data to the user's personal account is also not much of a problem.
Theoretically, it is even possible that there is such a plugin, but I'm not very sure, because the action is one-time, for exactly one launch.
