How to link a new app to a previously created Facebook page?

Created an application and for the sake of completeness wanted to link the page to the application. In the settings, it only offers to create a new page, but the page has existed for a very long time and I don’t want to create a new one. Googled - did not find the answer. Maybe someone knows how to do it?
