How to limit the rights of sites on hosting?

Hello. All with the upcoming! This question has been around for a long time, but I haven't been able to find an answer.
Is it possible to restrict the rights of sites that are on 1 hosting? So that domain scripts cannot influence other sites in any way (so that they cannot see what is outside their domain at all).
I have regular hosting, not VPS/VDS. On VPS/VDS I know how to set up via apache, but on regular hosting I don't have access to apache.
Is it possible to put such a limit? If so, how?

You should contact your hosting provider. You can't do anything on the server yourself.
