How to limit the number of words in a block?

I installed the WP Responsive Recent Post Slider/Carousel plugin on WordPress - then inserted the shortcode into the header and got the carousel that https://ari.org.ru wanted (if it’s crooked, you need to reset the Ctrl and F5 cache). But. Carousel text is limited to 20 words. Can't find how to increase text to 25 words?
