How to limit the number of Google Chrome tabs (processes) via GPO in Windows Server 2008R2?

Hello, the situation is as follows: there is a terminal on which all employees work, who can open 20+ tabs in chrome, which significantly clogs RAM.
It is inconvenient to configure all the extensions that I found in bulk, all the more so it is necessary to prohibit users from changing settings, which I did not find how to do through GPO.
How can I set a hard limit on the number of open tabs?

Found the Tab limiter with queue extension. It remains to prohibit its shutdown)
Can you tell me where the RAM limit per session is configured?

You can limit the user's RAM for the session. Removed in 2012 :(
