Hello! Made up for about 6 years and then a break for 3 years. Here I know how to type and do it well. But I can not understand one thing how to increase the level of knowledge of html css? Just take the book and cover to cover? Or is there another method? Tell me please. Thank you )

If you already have a good base, then everything is simple: more practice, and sometimes look at all sorts of interesting things with css-tricks or similar resources.

Books don't really help.
animations have been added, much more js, svg, methodology, css in js for example,
