How to legally buy items on Amazon API?

I recently made such a script using PhantomJS, it worked fine for a month, everything was bought perfectly, then they started banning the account, and now they are banning it even because I go to it from another account (they explain that I came from different ip and their firewall determined like hacking and there's nothing to be done about it)...
I decided to "legally" cooperate with them, ordered keys for Amazon Central, but immediately after looking at the possibilities of their api, I realized that there was nothing related to the purchase, if suddenly there is, then tell me exactly what functions may have overlooked...
