How to legalize the taxation of a freelancer / remote worker?
Hello!
Consider the situation: there is a freelancer/remote worker who is a citizen and tax resident of country A. This person lives in country B, where he is neither a citizen nor a tax resident. At the same time, this same person receives income from working for a company from country C (which is only represented in country C), and he is also neither a citizen nor a tax resident of country C.
In which country should this freelancer/remote worker pay taxes? Does the situation change if this person has his own IP / LLC / etc. in country B, with which, in turn, a company from country C is already working?
Thank you!

If the country a is Russia, and you live in the old BE, then you are not a tax resident in Russia
.
In fact, you may not pay taxes .
Depends on the laws of countries A/B/C
For example, country B may have a law that freelancers who earn income while living in that country must pay tax.
Or, for example, in country A there may be such a law that, regardless of place of residence, a citizen must pay income tax.
Or in country C there may be such a law that the customer must pay tax for his contractor.
And so on - there are a lot of variations, and if the income is significant, it is better to contact a lawyer who can figure it all out.
