How to learn to learn?

Don't throw tomatoes.
I love to learn, even sometimes it turns out to learn something. But the learning process takes the weight of my brain and all my resources. Then I break away from reality. In this mode, there are pluses - after a while the brain focuses on the task and I master the material well. But at work I have to do things that are completely unrelated to IT. Now, because of this, I am wasting my 20-30 minutes of free time (they say, I still won’t have time to enter the flow / it’s not cost-effective for such a period of time). How to learn to quickly enter the "study" state and quickly exit it at the right time?

Example

For example Golang is interesting. But the amount of information for me is like an ocean. If I start to study systematically in a format that pleases me, I have to sit at the computer for days, eat, sleep, and nothing more. If I get up for everyday tasks, it is difficult to return to such a "sitting" state. Not getting up is not an option (now I work not in the field of IT).

PS: I can study 3-4 hours a day (every day - there are no days off yet)

Grow another brain so that one works, the other learns.
Jump into a digital existence and multitask.
In general, you can't argue against biology.

I suspect this is an individual feature with which nothing can be done. At least that's how it is with my concentration - at least half an hour to turn it on and at best an hour to turn it off, and in a concentrated state I have glassy eyes and a complete loss of communication skills.

The brain needs oxygen, and from sitting the neck becomes numb and the flow of oxygen is blocked, which is why my head hurts personally. I noticed that even the smallest physical activity in the form of going to the office kneads the body and gives a performance of about 30%, in contrast to the state of getting out of bed and sitting at the table.
I remember feeling the best and could sit at the computer for days when I did physical exercises for an hour a day every day. In general, a balance is needed.
Working through force is not an option at all, which means you give a big load, but there must be a load or the brain will not be pumped.
