Tell me how best to learn spring, what is the modern stack?

I decided to watch the lessons on YouTube and yudemi in order to assemble a simple project from the video, but I run into problems. Constantly something does not work, something is outdated, different project structures, someone uses jsp, which seems to be outdated, someone is something else.

I have worked with Laravel a bit and it has great documentation with examples. And I expected to find something similar for the spring.
Is there a complete, step-by-step documentation for spring with examples?
