How to learn objective c from scratch, knowing js?

Is it possible to learn objective c (for ios development) knowing js but having no experience with c. What is the current literature in Russian?
habrahabr.ru/post/149090 so far stumbled upon this article
Or is it worth learning swift right away?

It can be learned even without knowing JS. Because this knowledge does not change exactly anything. Not having experience with C is also possible. The above link has a lot of relevant links in the article itself and in the comments to it.
Obj C will be relevant for a very long time, swift is not a replacement for it. And it will be easier to study obj c, since there are a huge number of snippets and ready-made code on the Internet.

It will be easier to switch to swift with js.

Easy. It is more difficult, knowing traditional GUI frameworks like Qt, to break your teeth about Apple's MVC and other unnecessary entities.

Knowing how to program in principle, you can start learning, but only on a real project. Learning in a vacuum while busy at work will take a very long time. If you need to program for mobile platforms, then you are already about where you need to be :) because there are enough technologies for writing cross-platform code. NativeScript as an option. In addition, there is a demand for cross-platform. Just go freelancing and have a look.
