Enhance > Adjust Color > Adjust Hue/Saturation > Colorize. With the second color, there are many options. One of them, for example, duplicate the layer, set the Color mode and paint the desired one with a brush.

It's easy to create a new layer with one color and try different overlays on top of each other.
