How to learn fast?

Hello. I would like to hear answers from people who have already tried the techniques of fast learning and memorization of information. Perhaps some books, articles, services or techniques.

In my experience, learning speed is directly proportional to personal motivation. It's 90% success rate for me.

Learning is a process that does not imply haste. So the answer to your question is no.

It seemed to me effective to use 80% -90% practice for 10% -20% theory.
Never waste time reading or studying information that has not been compressed or deliberately bloated, such as books (except for serious writings) or long videos.
They were effective in times of scarcity of information and turned into real langoliers - time wasters in times of its overabundance.
See profile articles of respected professionals and immediately put them into practice.
In general, the technique of providing information and teaching is very important. Use effective mechanisms.
For example, for most people to study theory, certification is more suitable than self-study - as it makes you stay in time frames and makes a person move in learning.
Be more skeptical of talk that human-teacher training is no substitute. When done right, automated courses are often more efficient and faster than human learning.
Run immediately from any lectures, courses, training materials, if after listening to the first 5 minutes you realize that you are wasting your time.
It seems to me that this is enough to learn effectively and the search for some supernatural methods that can teach super-fast and super-quality is completely useless.

I once asked the team leader a similar question, he said without batting an eyelid to write a project.
After I raised several projects on an unfamiliar platform, I felt confident
in my knowledge. The path was hard, I rewrote the architecture several times, read books, flipped through the docks.

The techniques are many different, for each specific case their own.
But in general, it is worth making sure that they have all the parts of the so-called Kolb Cycle:

For me, the transition from books + documentation to lectures + documentation was effective.
In the form of lectures, knowledge is acquired faster.

I like to read books and after each section I make some programs where I test what I read in this section, I experiment.
