How to lay out blocks of the same height on flexes?

I’m building a website on bootstrap 3. I needed to make product blocks so that the block with the product photo was the same height, the block where the buy button and the price were on the other side. and the product name field was rubber and, as a result, the product where the name in 3 lines and in 1 line were the same height. There would simply be an empty space in the block in the middle. I came across that this can be done on flex, but I can’t catch up with how. I haven’t worked with 4 bootstraps yet, while I’m fiddling with 3.
