How to launch several Telegram bots with just one bot?

There is a telegram bot that will launch other bots on certain messages. Let's say there will be ≈ 100
All bots on webhooks and the aiogram library.
Everyone needs a database connection.

Is there a proper way to run bots in this situation? It's "launch". How the parent bot should enable the new bot.

So that all bots can work simultaneously at the same time, and not to produce 1000 connections to the database.

Damn, I've never worked with aiogram, but I don't understand why you chose it. Apparently they just stumbled upon a guide from the Internet or YouTube. Youtube recommends this the most. Although I don’t understand this either, because the library that I will advise you right now is several times more popular.
It’s just that using the same more popular “telebot” library, you can do everything faster, at least there are a couple of lines of code and already a bot, without straining, you don’t need to import 200 times, don’t understand what, write and separate lines. Everything is convenient and clear, I am silent about the keyboard and creating commands. In the same place, it seems that you can immediately run bots in one script, but I'm not sure.
