How to know that a vue-cli-service build has been completed?

Hello, can I somehow check that the vue-cli-service build command was executed and not vue-cli-service serve?

vue-cli-service build - creates a dist folder by default and does not start a project
vue-cli-service serve - starts a development server in develop mode
