How to keep track of localizations in Symfony projects?

There is an old and big project in Symfony2. The project is trilingual, in the near future it is planned to add several more languages. Localization files are stored in yml files. With the growth of phrases for translation and the complexity of the hierarchy of translations, it sometimes becomes difficult to keep track of everything, some phrases are lost in separate localization files, some are added to the wrong block.
Can anyone suggest a desktop application for win where you can centrally manage translations, have some kind of statistics and other goodies?

There are quite a few solutions for managing translations, both desktop ( poedit ) and online ( crowdin.net , webtranslateit.com ). Such programs usually produce .mo/.po files that can be converted to xliff that Symony understands (by the way, xliff is recommended in the documentation ).
And you can put LswGettextTranslationBundle , which can use po-files directly ( there is some info on this subject in this question ).
