How to keep the knowledge base up to date?

Good afternoon.
The essence of the problem is as follows - on the public website of the service there is a "Support" section for users, with answers to frequently asked questions and explanations for the operation of the service. Screenshots of the interface are inserted in some of the themes. In the form of the fact that the interface changes quite often and is updated, screenshots will have to be constantly updated and, most importantly, follow these changes and set the update task in time.
Some kind of process is needed, or perhaps there is some kind of tricky automation with linking the theme to a specific interface, updating screenshots on the change trigger on the corresponding page.
Perhaps someone has already encountered and somehow solved this issue?
Potentially useful resources include a designer and an editor.

Purely theoretically, "refreshing" a screenshot of the screen is not a problem, but usually a change in the interface leads to a shift in elements, so either screenshot the entire page or the screen will "move out". I’m not sure how applicable this is to your project, but in a similar knowledge base, a separate employee was simply assigned to each entry and a message was periodically sent to him with a request to check the relevance of the entry and confirm that everything is OK or correct the entry
