How to keep connection in putty/winscp using 4g modem?

Hello.
Recently I took a 4g modem from a megaphone, the following problem arose: if I am not active in putty, probably for about a minute, then the connection is interrupted with the error "Network error: Software caused connection abort", the same trouble with winscp. I googled a similar problem , I tried in putty, in the settings, set "Seconds between keepalives: 5", it did not help, I did not find TcpMaxDataRetransmissions in the Windows 10 registry at all. Who knows how to solve this problem with putty and winscp?

If you didn't have Windows on your localhost, I would recommend mosh. And of the vendor clients who know how to use it, to be honest, I don’t know anyone.
