How to keep code block folding?

Question from a noob. The bottom line is, I turned it off, in short, code blocks with which you no longer need to work, I work further. But after restarting the storm, all collapsed blocks unfold. Sometimes saving everything and closing all tabs helps. After that, in some files the collapsed state is saved, in some it is not.

How to live with it? Are there any plugins to make your life easier?

Until a solution is found, I wrap all the code at once as needed like this:

ПКМ -> Folding -> Collapse All или Collapse Recursively
