How to join a FreePBX conference?

Greetings. There was a need to make a conference call for several users. In FreePBX, I created a conference with a number and the corresponding settings. But you can't get through to him. Conference number in the same numbering capacity as Extensions. Says: "your call cannot be completed...."
What am I doing wrong?
