How to issue a VPN client Kerio Control IP from the local network?

Is it possible for the Kerio Control VPN client to issue an IP from the address space of the local network and how? The server is taken out of the office to the DC, I want all employees to also connect to it (RDP, RemoteApp, Shared folders), without any changes. Or so that it can be accessed in this VPN network by name ("server"), otherwise it goes through IP but not by name
