How to introduce (announce) new users of the Asterisk ConfBridge conference?

Please tell me how to set up the following functionality on VoIP Asterisk using ConfBridge (or, in extreme cases, MeetMe):
Call to a teleconference number.
- a pleasant female voice: "please name yourself."
- %username%.
- a pleasant female voice, into the conference: "We are joining ...% username%!".

Isn't this already implemented by default?
In the same Elastix there is a function, User Enter / Leave
And it seems to be asking :)
