How to intercept wi-fi traffic of an Android device?

An Android smartphone began to eat a battery when connected to wi-fi or transferring data from a SIM card. At the same time, there are no running applications like a browser or viber. Perhaps some thread miner or other malware got into it. Therefore, it is necessary to see if the smartphone climbs somewhere into the network by itself. In principle, a list of IPs or domains that it traverses will suffice. Both smart and computer are connected to the home router. From the software there is Cain & Abel, Wireshark, Fiddler 2 (this is under Win10) and the Kali Linux 2019 virtual machine. Only I did not have to use this software. If someone shares a specific recommendation on what to do, I will be grateful.

If without third-party funds.
Then enable developer mode. In the settings - about the phone - Build number - press 7 times.
Settings - for the developer - running.
Let's see who's signed up here.
Settings - Applications - a program from the list above - look at
a) Data transfer
b) Battery.
You can just look at the battery report.
If you install an adguard, then you can see the traffic consumption for each application.
And manage the availability of Wi-Fi / mobile in the context of active / background traffic
