How to intercept URL in Cordova/Phonegap?

Can you tell me which plugin to use to process links from a specific URL? For example, if you open a link to an application in google play, androyd offers to open it in the Play Store, and if you open a page in VK, the VK application appears in the options.
Here I have a site, and I want that when opening links, there would be an option to process it in my application using Cordova.
