How to intercept Bluestack(Instagram) packets?

Hello!
I've been trying to intercept packets that Instagram sends via bluestack for a week now. In older versions, it was possible to catch everything without problems because requests went through http, but now they go through https.
How can you catch?
I tried through wireshark, and uploaded the certificates and logging as per the guides ... all to no avail
I'm sitting on Win7
