How to intercept all requests for subdomains?

In general, I am writing an "auto-donate" service. You need to stir up a feature with subdomains, that is, so that each auto-donate store is available on its own unique subdomain. Something like myshop.domain.ru.
And I will need to receive a request for a subdomain, find the right store in case of failure, issue a 404.
How can I intercept all subdomains?
