How to integrate layout written in Compass?

Guys, the layout for the project came, as far as I understood, written in Compass.
At the root there is
config.rb
index.php
and folders
js/
css/
img/
fonts/
sass/
blocks/
How to integrate all this into a rails application? Tell me please.

You expand the project, install rails-sass compass according to the instructions, and put all the files in the right folders, write them in asdasd.css.scss
@import "compass";
server restart then you look at errors on stackoverflow more specifically. but how to integrate this concept is vague :)
And save the markup from index.php
