How to integrate AMO CRM with telegram bot?

We wanted to integrate with AmoCRM and telegram bot, there were problems, technical support refuses to answer questions, referring to the fact that they have partners who can do this for money.

Data that should get from the bot to CRM:
User contacts
Number of purchases
Income from the user
Purchase history (when I made purchases and at what tariffs)
City
Age

Problems:
1. Why do I send a request to add a new Lead with parameters in response, I get a blank and a typically created application ?

2. What is user_id did not find it in the documentation?

I send a request to create a new deal, and the deal is created with default values
