How to install yii2 package without composer?

The project is required to display data from the database in a tree form. Found package execut/yii2-widget-bootstraptreeview. But the catch is that I don't have composer access on the server. They said, throw it through ftp, but either I'm stupid, or the skis don't go.

Can you tell me how to install the execut/yii2-widget-bootstraptreeview package without compsoer?

What's stopping you from uploading the package to vendor and adding alias to vendor/yiisoft/extensions.php?
