How to install Yboard?

There were problems installing the Yboard engine https://github.com/glendemon/yboard , I do everything as it says in the instructions:
"Download the Yii framework https://github.com/yiisoft/yii
You can only unzip the 'framework' folder from the Yii archive Unpack Yboard
to the same folder Paths to the framework folder can be corrected in index.php
Make sure /assets and /protected/runtime folders are writable also you need to open /protected/config/main.php and /protected/ files for writing config/settings.php
Create an empty database.
At the first start, you will be prompted to enter data to connect to the database and installation will occur"
